Anastasia Weinberger

Vice Rector for Resources
Anastasia Weinberger studied business administration at the WU Vienna and the JKU Linz, where she graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2005 she worked as a professional trainee and audit assistant at Ernst & Young in Salzburg, and in 2006 she was appointed as a tax consultant. From 2005 to 2009 she headed the finance department of the Intersport Austria Group in Wels, and in 2009 she moved to the European logistics group LKW Augustin in Straßwalchen as commercial manager, where she played a key role in sales management.

In the years 2010 to 2017 she gained a wide range of experience in interim management as CFO and the reorganization of companies: She worked creatively at the steel group ArcelorMittal in Traun and Ansfelden, at Johnson Controls in the area of business efficiency in Portsmouth and Bratislava, at Experis in Vienna, dem automotive supplier Megatech Industries in the Czech Republic, the AKAD University in Stuttgart, which was acquired by the private equity fund Aurelius, and the Bavarian construction and insulating material producer Karl Bachl GmbH & Co.KG. Since November 2017 she has been supporting the Mozarteum University, where she has been contributing her experience as Vice Rector for Resources since April 1, 2018.
